TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Permit-ready specifications, structural drawings, ICC-ES load charts, and on-site tension test verification files for builders, engineers, and inspectors.
ICC-ES Evaluation Report (ESR-4226)
Our American Ground Screw systems are evaluated by the International Code Council Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) under report ESR-4226. This report verifies that our foundation piles meet IBC and IRC building codes for structural safety, load-bearing capacities, and anti-corrosion requirements.
CAPACITY & TORQUE
Ground screw capacities correspond directly to the installation torque achieved during driving. This load chart highlights the ultimate compression and tension limits across different soil types (clay, sand, silt, and gravel) at varying torque thresholds.
Ultimate Load Cap
Up to 11,500 lbs ultimate compression capacity depending on depth and driving torque.
Multi-Soil Performance
High performance in compacted gravel, glacial silt, and dense clay without excavation.

Screw Dimensions
Our heavy-duty ground screws are engineered from high-grade structural steel and hot-dipped galvanized for ultimate sub-grade protection in harsh, moisture-heavy Alaskan soils.
Brackets & Adapters
Select from our three core structural interface configurations to mount wood beams, timber columns, or metal framing systems directly onto the driven piles.

Standard Flange
Features a heavy multi-hole structural flange plate. Best for mounting custom steel adapters, solar racking systems, utility equipment frames, or direct welding.

4x4 U-Saddle
Includes a integrated structural U-saddle adapter designed to hold standard 4x4 timber posts or double 2x framing beams. Great for small decks, cabin steps, and boardwalks.

6x6 U-Saddle
Heavier integrated U-saddle designed for structural 6x6 timber columns, heavy glulam beams, and high-load frame designs for remote cabins and structures.
5,000 LBS AXIAL TENSION TEST
We partnered with Autoscott Services to conduct independent on-site axial tension and compression tests. The field test reports verify that our standard driven piles easily sustain tension loads exceeding 5,000 lbs, satisfying high frost-heave uplift resistance demands across dynamic environments.
