The Booqable Checkout Process
We leverage Booqable's booking engine to secure equipment schedules instantly. Learn how to reserve resources for your Alaskan project.
1. Select Screws & Accessories
Browse our dynamic Products page. Choose the correct ground screw sizing (AGS-50 up to AGS-140) and corresponding brackets or saddles (4x4, 6x6, or custom adjustable brackets) based on your structural load requirements.
2. Schedule Installation Driver
Navigate to the Rentals page. Use the Booqable calendar checkout to select your target dates. Reserve the high-torque electric driver and optional backup portable generator. The widget checks real-time inventory instantly.
3. Choose Logistics: Pickup or Ship
Select between picking up your equipment crates at our Anchorage warehouse, or arrange statewide shipping. We pack drivers and screws onto barges, freight lines, or common bush-planes to reach remote bush sites.
4. Receive Training & Guide
Every rental includes access to our official field training documentation, operator setup safety guides, and video files. We verify you understand safety protocols and torque limits before deployment.
5. Security Hold & Confirm
A standard temporary authorization hold is placed on your card for driver equipment safety. Once signed online, your booking is confirmed, locking in your dates for the build season.
Delivery & Pickup Logistics
Anchorage Warehouse Pickup
Save on freight. Select "Local Pickup" during checkout. Our warehouse is situated in Anchorage, AK, and driver rentals are ready in secure transport crates (70 lbs total crate weight, fits easily in pickup trucks or SUVs).
Barge & Bush Plane Shipping
We deliver foundation supplies and rentals off-grid. We bundle packages directly with Lynden, Alaska Marine Lines, or local air carriers (such as Ryan Air or Everts) to ensure equipment arrives safely at remote villages or camps.
Terms & Security Holds
Flexible Rain/Weather Delays
Weather in Alaska is unpredictable. If heavy rain or frost conditions stall your ground screw installation, notify our support line. We offer direct rescheduling at no extra charge, subject to inventory availability.
Refunds & Security Deposits
Full refunds are issued for bookings canceled up to 7 days before scheduled pick-up. A temporary authorization hold is processed on your card on the pick-up morning and released once the driver is returned clean and undamaged.
