How It Works

Plan. Drive. Build.
All in one day.

Ground screws are simple in principle — a galvanized steel pile threaded into the earth — but the right screw, length, and tip selection is what makes them permanent.

  1. 01

    Site Assessment

Tell us your structure, location, and what you know about soil and access. We map out screw count, length, and tip selection for your specific Alaska site.

  2. 02

    Screw Sizing & Layout

Match screw model and length to load class — light deck, full cabin, solar array, or commercial pad. We send a stamped layout for your build.

  3. 03

    Drive Installation

Rent our electric driver or buy outright. Position each screw to layout, drive to torque spec, and verify embedment. Typical install is 15 minutes per screw.

  4. 04

    Saddle & Bracket

Each screw caps with a bolt-on saddle, beam bracket, or post base. Adjust for level, lock down, and the foundation is structurally ready.

  5. 05

    Build Same Day

No cure time, no callbacks. Set beams, frame the deck, raise walls, or mount solar racking immediately after installation.

Official Field Guide

Electric Driver Installation Guide

Follow these official procedures to ensure a fast, safe, and code-compliant foundation installation.

Soil conditions

Engineered for every Alaska ground type.

Gravel

Standard tips drive cleanly. Pre-loading with the driver verifies bearing capacity instantly.

Clay

Choose helical-tip screws with longer embedment. Excellent grip and frost resistance.

Sand / Silt

Longer screws and tighter spacing. We size for shear and overturning loads.

Bedrock

Pre-drill plus rock-anchor adapter. Screws bond into rock for permanent footing.

Permafrost

Specialty tips and lengths reach below the active layer. Engineered for the long thaw cycles.

Wetlands

No spoil, no concrete, minimal site disturbance — ideal for permitted boardwalks and platforms.

Gravel Anchorage

Helical threads interlock with dense gravel stratum. Soil compression above the blade creates high uplift resistance.
